## Troubleshooting

The table below lists known issues, their causes, and recommended solutions.

| --- | --- | --- |
| All versions | Authorization code does not enable the data channel service | 1. Enable the data channel component service on the developer platform. 2. Contact Paraverse Business to obtain an authorization code that includes data channel access. |
| v3250 or later | `taskid` passed in `lr_client_start` method -- taskid must NOT be passed in this method | Remove taskid from the `lr_client_start` method call. |
| Earlier than v3250 | `taskid` passed in `lr_client_start` method | 1. Check whether **Interface Call with Additional Parameters** is set to **Yes**. 2. If Yes, appIId and taskid are obtained automatically from the command line and should not be passed manually. |
