1-5 Cards Loading
## Overview If only 1–5 cards are loading in the WebSDK, this is typically an SDK license issue. Open your browser in **Developer mode (F12)** and check the console error log to identify the specific cause. ## Troubleshooting ### Phenomenon 1: No SDK License Code is Set **Reason:** The SDK authorization code is not configured. **Solution:** 1. If the self-built LarkXR system license code is applied from the developer platform, the SDK license code must also be applied from the developer platform. 2. If the application is hosted on the developer platform, the SDK license code must also be applied on the developer platform. 3. If Paraverse provides an authorization code, contact Paraverse Business. > After obtaining the authorization code, set it with `new LarkSR({authCode: id})` or `initSDKAuthCode`. > **Note:** Hosting platform application uses `ConnectWithPxyHost` method; self-built platform uses the `connect` method.  ### Phenomenon 2: SDK Authorization Code is Incorrectly Set **Reason:** The SDK authorization code is set but is incorrect. **Solution:** Same as Phenomenon 1 above.  ### Phenomenon 3: SDK Authorization Encryption Key is Set but No Encrypted SDK Authorization is Generated **Reason:** The encryption key is configured, but no encrypted authorization token has been generated. **Solution:** 1. **Developer platform:** Log in to the developer platform, go to **Account → Security Settings → Key Management → Settings** to view the SDK authorization encryption key. 2. **Self-built LarkXR platform:** Log in to the LarkXR background, go to **System Settings → Access Management** to view the customer credentials and the SDKID encryption key.
