Code 11
The `code 11` error indicates that the current LarkXR license does not include permission to run VR application types. This error is returned when the VR Client attempts to launch an application that requires VR entitlements not covered by the active license. ## Cause: VR Feature Not Enabled on the License The LarkXR license associated with the deployment does not have the VR application type enabled. As a result, any attempt to launch a VR application through the VR Client will be rejected with this error code. ### Solution 1. Log in to the **LarkXR Management Console**. 2. Navigate to **License Management** and review the active license details. 3. Confirm whether the **VR application type** entitlement is enabled on the license. 4. If the VR feature is not enabled, contact your LarkXR account representative to upgrade or re-issue the license with VR support included. 5. Once the updated license is applied, restart the relevant services and retry launching the VR application. ## Notes - This error is license-level and cannot be resolved through configuration changes alone; a valid license with VR entitlements is required. - If the license appears correct but the error persists, verify that the license has been correctly applied and that the service has been restarted after the update.
