Code 1001
The `code 1001` error indicates that the SteamVR path configured in the LarkXR Rendering Service Manager is incorrect. This prevents the VR Client from locating and launching SteamVR during session initialization. ## Cause: Incorrect SteamVR Path in the Rendering Service Manager The SteamVR installation directory path entered in the LarkXR Rendering Service Manager is either pointing to the wrong location or uses an incorrect path format. A common issue is that paths copied directly from Windows Explorer use single backslashes (`\`), whereas the Rendering Service Manager requires double backslashes (`\\`) as the directory separator. ### Solution 1. Open the [Rendering Service Manager](https://www.pingxingyun.com/contribute/detail?topicId=10106&categoryId=3 "Rendering Service Manager") on the deployment server. 2. Navigate to the SteamVR path configuration field. 3. Re-select the SteamVR installation directory using the built-in directory browser within the manager, rather than manually typing or pasting the path. 4. Verify that the resulting path uses double backslashes as separators (e.g., `C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Steam\\steamapps\\common\\SteamVR`). 5. Save the configuration and restart the rendering service. ## Notes - Always use the directory browser in the Rendering Service Manager to select the SteamVR path, as this ensures the correct path format is applied automatically. - If the path was manually entered or copied from Windows Explorer, it likely contains single backslashes and must be corrected to use double backslashes (`\\`).
