## Overview

This error occurs when the local Sn authorization code is reported as invalid. Follow the steps below to resolve it.

## Solution

### 1. Confirm the Machine Code Matches the Local Authorization Code

- Contact sales personnel to confirm whether the machine code you provided matches the local authorization code.
- Ensure that the authorization code and machine code are consistent to avoid authorization failure due to mismatched information.

### 2. Upgrade LarkXR and Configure the Specified Network Card IP

- If your device has multiple network cards, upgrade LarkXR to **V3.3.2.4 or a higher version**.
- Configure the IP address of the specified network card to ensure that the generated machine code (mid) is ultimately valid.
- The local authorization code generated with this machine code can then be saved and used normally.

### 3. Disable Local Proxy and Restart the Server

- Disable the proxy settings on your local machine.
- After disabling the proxy, restart the server.
- After rebooting, check if the proxy is completely disabled.
- Once the proxy is confirmed disabled, save the authorization code again and test it.
