This page documents miscellaneous issues encountered in the VR Client that do not fall under a specific error code category. Each entry describes the observed symptom, its root cause, and the recommended resolution.

## Issue: TooManyResultsException on VR Client Connection

**Symptom:** The system throws the following exception:

`nested exception is org.apache.ibatis.exceptions.TooManyResultsException: Expected one result (or null) to be returned by selectOne(), but found multiple`

### Cause

The VR glasses client has been registered more than once in the system, resulting in duplicate entries with conflicting MAC addresses in the database. When the system attempts to retrieve a unique record, it encounters multiple matching rows and throws this exception.

### Solution

1. Access the LarkXR database using your preferred database management tool.
2. Query the relevant table for duplicate entries associated with the conflicting MAC address.
3. Remove the duplicate records, retaining only the correct and most recent registration entry.
4. Restart the affected service to verify the issue is resolved.

## Notes

- To prevent recurrence, ensure that each VR glasses device is registered only once in the system.
- If duplicate registrations occur frequently, review the client registration workflow for potential process gaps.
