UDP Connection Failure
A UDP connection failure in the VR Client occurs when the client is unable to establish a UDP data channel with the rendering server. This is typically caused by a network communication issue where the server's default listening address is incompatible with the network environment. ## Cause: Incompatible Network Configuration for UDP Communication By default, the LarkXR VR rendering server transmits UDP packets using the IP address `0.0.0.0`. However, in certain network environments, this default binding is not compatible and an explicit IPv4 address must be configured for the server to communicate successfully with the VR Client. ### Solution 1. On the rendering server, navigate to the LarkXR installation directory and open the configuration file at `larkxr-render/application.properties`. 2. Locate the VR render server listening IP property and set it to the server's actual IPv4 address, as illustrated below. 3. Save the configuration file. 4. Restart the LarkXR rendering service for the changes to take effect. ## Notes - This issue is most commonly encountered in networks with strict routing policies or environments that do not support `0.0.0.0` as a valid source address. - Ensure the IPv4 address entered in the configuration matches the server's active network interface address.
