When neither the foreground (web client) nor the background (management console) can be accessed, it typically indicates a service or configuration issue on the deployment server. The following steps should be performed in order to diagnose and resolve the problem. ## Step 1: Verify That All Center Manager Services Are Running Open the **LarkXR Launcher** on the deployment server and check the **Service Status** panel. Ensure that all required services — including **MySQL**, **Redis**, **Nginx**, **Admin**, **Agent**, and **Render** — are shown as **Started**. If any service is not running, start it from the Launcher before proceeding. ## Step 2: Check for Conflicting Nginx Processes Open **Task Manager** on the deployment server and inspect the list of running processes. If multiple instances of `nginx.exe` are running simultaneously, they may be conflicting with each other and blocking port access for both the foreground and background interfaces. ### Solution Terminate all existing `nginx` processes from Task Manager, then restart the Nginx service from the LarkXR Launcher to ensure only a single, clean instance is running. ## Notes - Always start services in the order listed in the LarkXR Launcher (top to bottom) to avoid dependency issues. - Multiple Nginx processes are a common cause of port conflicts; always verify there is only one active instance after a restart.
