Code 500
The `Code 500` error usually indicates that a cloud-rendering session was assigned to a render node that had not completed application synchronization successfully. ## Cause In some cases, cloud-rendering concurrency may be allocated to a render node before application synchronization has finished. If the target node has not completed synchronization, the session may fail and return `Code 500`. ## Solution 1. Log in to the LarkXR management backend. 2. Open the **Synchronization Management** page. 3. Check whether there is a recent application synchronization failure record. 4. If a synchronization failure is found, resolve the synchronization issue first. 5. After synchronization completes successfully, try launching the application again.  ## Notes - This issue is related to application synchronization status on the render node. - If `Code 500` appears immediately after application updates or node changes, synchronization status should be checked first. - If no synchronization failure record is found, continue investigating node status and application availability on the assigned render server.
