Turn Off Antivirus and Firewall
To avoid unnecessary interference with the application, disable the firewall and antivirus protection on the system as needed. ## Disable the Firewall ### Windows Starting from V3.3.4.2, you can configure the required firewall rules by clicking **Add Firewall Rules**. ### Linux On Linux, firewall settings can be managed by using `ufw` or `iptables`. The commands below are provided for reference only. Please verify the exact commands for your Linux distribution before making any changes. #### ufw 1. Check the firewall status: ```bash sudo ufw status ``` 2. Enable or disable the firewall: ```bash sudo ufw enable sudo ufw disable ``` 3. Check the ufw version: ```bash sudo ufw version ``` 4. Set the default policy for external access: ```bash sudo ufw default allow sudo ufw default deny ``` 5. Allow or deny external access to port 53: ```bash sudo ufw allow 53 sudo ufw deny 53 ``` 6. Allow a specific IP address to access all local ports: ```bash sudo ufw allow from 192.168.0.1 ``` #### iptables 1. Check the firewall status: ```bash service iptables status ``` 2. Start or stop the firewall: ```bash service iptables start service iptables stop ``` 3. Restart the firewall: ```bash service iptables restart ``` Alternatively: 1. Go to the `init.d` directory: ```bash cd /etc/init.d/ ``` 2. Check the firewall status: ```bash iptables status ``` 3. Temporarily stop the firewall: ```bash iptables stop ``` 4. Restart `iptables`: ```bash iptables restart ``` For Linux environments, search Baidu or Google for the exact procedure required to disable the firewall on your current distribution. ## Disable Windows Defender Antivirus Disable the built-in antivirus protection on the system, and install third-party antivirus software if needed. ### Server 2019 Open **Server Manager** > **Local Server** > **Windows Defender Antivirus** > **Real-time Protection**, then disable all cloud-delivered protection options. ### Windows 10 Open **Windows Security** > **Virus & threat protection**, then turn off the Windows Defender antivirus option.
